Tiled rugs, also known as patchwork rugs, offer a custom approach to adding vintage designs to your home. By sewing together portions of other individual hand knotted rugs, these collagelike pieces are truly one-of-a-kind and allow you to add vintage flare to any space in any size — from stair runners, to wall-to-wall carpets, to oversized rooms, and more. Tiled rugs are a nice way to add contrasting elements of geometric shapes to organic designs — a combination we love! Our clients have the ability to customize everything from the fabric pattern and shape to the color of the stitching. While we carry some tiled rugs in our inventory, we always encourage our customers to reach out to us about designing your own rug!

All of our rugs have been professionally cleaned.
For large spills and intricate spot cleaning, we recommend using a professional cleaning company for all Fay + Belle rugs. For everyday cleaning and maintenance, delicate vacuuming is considered safe. For at-home spot treatment, our natural wool and linen fibers clean best with cool water and non-abrasive soap. For silk rugs, professional spot cleaning is always recommended.
Always roll rugs when storing them.
Characteristics such as wear, discoloration, or imperfections are a part of the rug’s integrity — not a defect. To best show this, we have each rug photographed in natural lighting, without a filter. Please keep in mind that the lighting in your home may affect the appearance of your rug and sun exposure may cause discoloration.
Fay + Belle uses UPS Ground for all shipments. Shipping costs are quoted at checkout, and you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your rug has been shipped.
In-stock rugs are fulfilled within 3 business days upon order placement (excluding holidays). Shipping times for our Designer collection vary by selection. Your designer will have real-time access to information from Fay + Belle regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Your order may encounter delays once shipped with UPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume, or inclement weather which is out of our control.
If, for any reason, you aren’t loving your rug purchase, we accept returns postmarked within 7 calendar business days for exchange or refund. To initiate a return, contact our team for a return authorization form at email@example.com
Rugs must have their original Fay + Belle tag and be in the same condition they were received in to be eligible for refund. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products, so we recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking.
